Why does he want to go?

Because we declined to increase his salary to something closer to market value (which he has been haggling for 2 years).

Why did we decline to increase his salary?

Because we determined that he’s a player that has draft currency and hence enable us to speed up the rebuild.

Will seem completely pointless if we use the pick gained for tom and turn ut into baker..in any capacity.

North comp picks

2022 received a F2 and F3 that had to be traded for players as well as 2 additional rookie spots that still exist

2023 received end of R1 + 2x end of F1. The big one that isn’t officially included is McKay combo landing them pick 3.

So all up they received (approximate prior to pick slides)

• 2022 two extra rookie spots open
• 2023 pick 19, 20, 38 (*pick 3 McKay)
• 2024 pick 19, 20

I would hope that we can at least be given 2x end of 1R picks which is less than half of what North received over a two year period. The extra rookie spots could be handy as well in a deep draft and with some fringe players squeezed out at better clubs.

I saw it differently and embraced going to new places. Why not see different places. Jayden Hunt and Jess Hoskins embraced it and love it.

Nothing has been mentioned publicly.

Nizzy was against it last year but after another season of struggling and a change in administration hopefully we push for it along with the negotiations for better travel arrangements.

If the 13 and F1 for F2 deal went through it would be Barrass and F2 for Baker, 21 and Hawks F1

Im not too sure why people want to rule us out of that race and pound one out over Baker..... Why not just do the opposite and pay a bit more for the younger and better player ? Just chuck more money at Bolton to make him happuer also. Lord knows no one else wants it at this point
