Here is the position by age profile

We have 36 on the list - 31 senior + 3 rookie (red) and 2 Cat B
That leaves space for up to 7 seniors (max 38) and an additional rookie to total 42 (we can take more rookies for less seniors) and another 2 Cat B and I believe max is 3

Could be wrong but thought the main list could go to 38-40 and rookie list 4-6 for a combined max of 44. Cat B's are an additional 3.

Currently 36-38 and 4-6 for a combined max of 42, Cat B’s are an additional 2 max.

Yep. I think "let us match NGAs after pick 20 instead of 40" is probably something that the AFL could pretty easily grant to the bottom 4 teams, then just extend it further for North with Sanders. Hawks have Jiath in that range too I think.

Is Sanders part of Norfs academy ?

Potentially 3 trades Robertson, Brockman and a mature #1 ruck(Flynn?).

Leaving 4 main spots for the draft. Currently picks 1, 19, 35 and 38. Other picks need open list spots.

1 Rookie spot

And 2 Cat B spots

Suggest moving Waterman to the rookie list as this would allow us to use 4 live picks plus ensure we could match a bid over 40 as we need another spot open.

We're going to need draft picks ...

The 2023 draft in theory has 7 rounds with most not used.
at the moment we hold 1,19,35,38,54,57,75,93,111,129 and 147.
this will obviously change as many clubs will only use so many picks and i would think that the draft may only get to around sixty or seventy picks.

This is why we need Robertson, and maybe even Will Brodie from Freo (he's a solid player not getting game time in a competitive midfield, he's too good for WAFL).

Very surprised to see Samo gone and Trew still there (for now). I know who I’d be picking first if we were having injuries again.
