The non Chinese Australian Chinese dim sim topping has reminded me of Japanese pizza. Japan does some fantastic pizzas. Great dough - no pineapple - but eel is popular - miso and salmon - octopus - pickled ginger.

Im with ya, we just need the rocca brothers to do a little meal prep show with a toaster for this recipe... you could be onto something here
Here's a handy hack:

When I'm a bit low on time, I skip the dough and make my pizzas on sunblest. No one notices the difference.

Who else currently has no electricity?

An hour and counting down here in Morwell at present.
I thought Morwell, along with its cousin, Moe, was the coal burning centre for our power supply, but housed more than its fair share of neanderthal types, along with people so blinded by ignorance and entitlement, fuelled by substances, self indulgence and loss of essential brain cells, that they allowed any Tom, Greg or Harry to act as baby sitters, in much the same way as you or I might employ a condom or visit an abortionist. But the point, it's not an area you'd expect to have no power!

Have you got yours back?
Looks horrendous around that part of Vic. Lots of transmission towers flattened.
Massive job to get everything back on line.

As of 9:30am when I left home I was still without power. I was without stable phone service until 8am this morning also.

I've gone to a nearby town to charge phone/laptop and save some food items from the bin. I will have to stay the night if power isn't restored.

The transmission towers were more Geelong way I believe though it's what caused Loy Yang to go off line.

Here's an interesting fact.

My long deceased father conducted the funeral for Jaidyn Leskie.

The cause of the regrettable disruption to the essential service of electricity was the apparent (by wind during a period of extreme meteorological disturbance), demolition of at least 2 large transmission poles (NB not the lines per se) - this caused the abrupt termination of the supply of electricity to those areas who found themselves avec power.
In this instance coal in and of itself is quite innocent. Unless of course one takes the view that there is a causal link between this particular meteorological event and the production of coal fired power globally because the issue that has been identified is global warming, not Moe/ Morwell warming. Carry on.

So you’re telling me the coal power vs green power fight has left the parliaments of Australia and spilled into the streets?
Looks like wind power strikes the first blow…
