Can't wait. I am flying out of Karratha, WA late Friday afternoon to Perth - Melbourne and back to Adelaide at 8.00 am Saturday morning to see the Crows play Freo. This will be the first time I have seen the Crows play live for a few years now and the first time at Adelaide oval.

This is going to be so good. Please everyone be loud I want the full treatment. Blow that decibel meter up.

I must say I am a bit worried.
Everything logical says we should smash them - we are in good form, going in unchanged with close to best team available. They are playing like rubbish, with superstar players missing.
Yet, the thought of Freo starting 0 - 6?
That just doesn't sound possible, so the little doubting man in my head says that something bizarre could still happen.

I think that once you've arrived at 0-5, having lost at home to a spoon fancy, 0-6 is likely to be more probable than 1-5.

I remember the Melbourne game at AO. Go into any game without full intensity and it will go south. Confident of winning but want to see a clinical approach.

If this was last years game and Fyfe, Sandilands and Johnson were all out we would all be excited about our prospects, instead a few of us have an uneasy feeling. I think if Freo won last week I would feel better because like our 2000 and 2010 we lost the first 5 and 6 games respectively then all of a sudden came good and a threat to the finals (IIRC we got to 7-9 each time and fell to pieces). Freo have to win sometime right? Not tomorrow that's for damn sure!
