I think Freeman is a big reach at pick 9 and would ensure better talent falls to us at pick 11.

Meh. A real club would delist him and would have delisted Newman last year. Like St Kilda delisted Winmar when he showed up in bad shape. WCE need to get real and get back to being ruthless bastards. Since the Ben Cousins saga we have tried too hard to be the good Samaritans of the AFL.
