I found one reference which reported that a normal serum level was 2 +/- 0.5 nanograms / mL. That's just one source but I wouldn't expect that number to be far off. If they said it was an amount only possible by external means it should be much higher than thatWada seem to make it clear that the levels indicated are only possible by external means ( can't think of the scientific term). You would then think the levels are such that they feel can not be produced naturally by the body. To think that you would need some science behind you that is indicative of natural levels.
