The only change to my top 25 next week will be the exit of Kaine Baldwin who undeniably could have been a top 10 selection if he got a free run with injury but with two ACL effected years in a row I just can’t see him getting taken early if at all this year and clubs should rightly wait and see how he goes next year to see if he can play a full season before getting picked on an AFL list.

I still see him as Jack Darling 2.0 and I really hope he does get an injury free season next year whether as a drafted player or not I’ll be tracking his progress. The addition to my top 25 will be Northern Knights tall Liam McMahon who I haven’t spoken about much this year.

The draft from 20 onwards for me is really close and there isn’t a lot separating these players at all, in such an even draft crop we will very likely see some bargains being taken in the 40+ range and perhaps some players taken in the 20s who will struggle to live up to their potential.

I’ve done my own rankings which won’t come out here that includes 70 players I’d be happy to draft so it isn’t without its quality per say but plenty of players especially from Victoria that could have really squashed queries or enhanced their draft stocks. The likes of Rosman, Heath, Carrigan, Kolar, Cleary, Allison ect are all players that could have really pushed their case not just for the draft but as top 30 talents and some clubs could still take that risk this year it’s hard to know in a draft year like this.

where do u see ford going

Where I see him going and where I think he should be going are two different things, I think he should be in the top 20 mix but of all the players in this draft he is one player I haven’t heard any club links too so it’s hard to pick his draft range atm.

Jake Bowey is a player that has me intrigued Ed, where do you see his draft range?

Would Adelaide's #22 #23 be too early? Could he last to our #40?

Given his Saints ties would they look at him with #21?
He splits clubs, some have him in the 20s and others have him going fairly late. He sits in the 30-60 range for me at this stage.

Saints like to take the locals so they could look at him early

Hi eDPS,

I see that Campbell is rated at #3 on your board.

If Adelaide takes Mcdonald first up, any chance North bids on Campbell at 2, effectively rating him as the 3rd best player in the draft?

Nope they won’t bid on Campbell at 2, club intel is usually very good and they will know beforehand if a bid comes in the top 10 and they will often trade to compensate potential early bids

Do you have Henry Smith's official height and weight measurements after the SA Combine, certainly looked to have stacked on a bit of size since last season though still a fair way off where he might end up?

Early in the season he had 10-12 weeks off due to a post. med. lig. Went to work and put on 10-15 kgs. More impressed with his forward work than his ruck work.

Pie 4 Life and eDPS.

The crew did well with it.

Another outstanding year and comprehensive too.

I wish the next week would speed on by.

Cheers guys.

Also, if anyone else with Draft Central is on here, thank you.
