We need a striker but we could get by without one if we had a left footed L8 to replace what Xhaka was doing with positioning and passing to get Martinelli back into games and into scoring form.
A striker fixes some issues, but that left midfield and left wing is killing us.

While I agree in principle, also players that fake injuries to get players booked, players that throw tantrums when the ref gives a foul against them for a blatant foul, players that claim corners and throw in when it clearly came off them last.

The 3v3 games in the first few weeks will be great.
