Yeah, it's true. He's spent a lot and has made mistakes. Questions should always be asked but they need to be asked in good faith.

The team he inherited was barely fit for top 6 purposes and he's basically reconstructed it from scratch. Go back and look at the starting 11 in his first game.....Sokratis, Luiz, Nelson, Torreira....Saka playing left back etc.

In 5 seasons he's gone 8th, 8th, 2nd, 2nd....including finishing with Arsenal's 2nd highest league points total ever last season, and is currently 2nd now.

Most parts are there, just need 2-3 more and could be set for a number of years possibly as the top team.
