Of course it's cynical but we see a couple of tactical fouls every game. The initial contact was on the shin but not with studs. His foot slipped down so that his studs landed on Doherty's foot. A red card was harsh.

No, being built just outside the stadium. It's a level 3 stand (level 2 is ground level) so they'll just lift the roof and join the two parts together. Then the stadium footprint at that end will just go a bit further back.
