Yeah first 15 mins we were poor, but we built into the game.
Considering who we have out at the moment, that's a good point for us but we had some chances to take all 3.
Getting Summerville back at RWB, and I presume Bowen up front next game, we're starting to build, and you can start to see Potter's imprint, we do look a lot more solid defensively than under Lopetegui and we have more of the ball so it's a decent start.

Enjoyable game to watch. It got a bit physical at times but plenty of good skills too. Paqueta's close control must be close to the top in the PL. It was the Hammers fans who cheered that there would be 7 additional minutes.

Where two separate cautionable offences are committed (even in close proximity), they should result in two cautions, for example if a player enters the field of play without the required permission and commits a reckless tackle or stops a promising attack with a foul/handball, etc.

Richarlison shouldn't have started. And then at HT was close to being taken off with a groin complaint. So taking him off isn't the issue at all.
Not replacing him with Will Lankshear who was deemed worthy of a start (with a goal and red card) away to Galatasaray, thats the problem.
Bigger problem is Ange first said we need cover signed for this injury crisis in late November. Since he made that comment we had 2 players return, but Bissouma, Sarr, Werner, Spence and Johnson all go down too. We thankfully signed an ange style keeper so we don't use Forster. But no outfield players in 26 days. None even close to happening other Kolo Muani which we got blown away on.
As Conte (or manager number 15) said. It's this way for over 20 years with this owner. And now manager 16 is copping the same mismanagement above him. It'll be the same for manager 17, whether that's Iraola, Terzic or whoever.

1. Is a misnomer a certain set of people have repeated over time to the point where people believe it. Since 19/20 summer window we have spent €975m on transfers. We're anything but stingy, we're actually hilariously wasteful. Our DoF and scouts haven't got a clue.
