Doubt it as has a great record of making finals... til this year.
It was still ludicrous favoritism considering he still had one year remaining on his contract, survived last years attempted board spill/football department refresh, and add the fact that as a club we have not sacked coaches mid contract since the late 90s
We havent even played the real bad teams yet.
