Buckley. His lack of vision is appalling. The list decisions weren't totally his fault but he signed off on them. Pies are a rich club who would attract most coaches and MacGuire would surely want first dibs on upcoming coaching talent. Gone before the bye.

If we beat Collingwood in round 10 Bucks is gone on the Monday morning, he can come back to where it all started in 2018 and be an assistant to Chris Fagan.

Can Buckley see out the season?
Yes. Collingwood's next 8 rounds in order: Hawthorn (MCG), Brisbane (MCG), Fremantle (Domain), Melbourne (MCG), BYE, Port Adelaide (MCG), Hawthorn (MCG), Essendon (MCG). A lot of winnable games there and the Collingwood board at the moment seems it will only cut him when any hope of finals is completely extinguished. Will he get sacked at the end of the season? Most likely as they are in most of the matches they are playing just not winning them at the moment, like last night. Which allows a coach to survive for a little while. A massive 100+ point loss somewhere would see him removed very quickly though.

Hardwick is not without a chance now. They could still miss altogether but if they don't and get dumped week one he's in a bit of trouble. Imagine a ninth (no pun intended) year without a single finals win to show for it?

Eade and Buckley are essentially cooked. Just might not happen before sesson's end.
