If you're in Melbourne's position and trading arguably their 2nd biggest asset, you don't include him in a 3-way trade. He on is own would command a huge return so you wouldn't dilute that commodity in a 3-way trade.

Also, no way that this wouldn't have leaked to the media as it's hard enough to keep a secret between 1 and/or 2 clubs let alone 3!

IMO he's just confirmed he's talking garbage.

The comment made was that Oliver requires a lot of reassuring!!!

Thinking that means he’s high maintenance.

Thought it was an unusual thing for a reporter to say on radio, normally they just give you the facts with out the character reference

I’m not sure what we could offer for Oliver. Our picks this year and next year are both likely to be in the 12-18 bracket at a minimum, neither or both of those get it done. None of our ageing stars get it done you wouldn’t think given Oliver’s age. That only leaves a youngster like Balta, Bolton etc. just can’t see it myself but would love to be wrong

Higgins and stack may be what they want, but I reckon they gotta want ccj. Remember how tigs71 said that Soldo injury hasn’t affected the trade situation? This could be it.
