Ackland 2 disposals, 1 mark 10 hitouts, 2 free kicks against absolutely pathetic. On the bright side bullants will have another ruckman.
Record thumping woohoo!!!! Seriously, I know were young and everything but how long can we tolerate thrashings like this? Everytime we seem to get on a high we end up crashing back down to earth (eg geelong, west coast and now hawthorn)
i dont want to go outside tomorrow. this is pathetic. i didn't think we could play as bad as the night of the geelong game, but this is worse. 100 point loss. i didn't think it was going to happen again. we deserve all the trolls who will jump on here with insults. we should have to take it on the chins. people we were crap.

Worst game I have ever seen us play. Absolutely no positives except maybe Gibb's defensive efforts although I must still ask why the f^%k is he playing in the back pocket.
I guess you weren't at Windy Hill in 1985 when Essendon absolutely smashed the living daylights out of us. You probably weren't at Arden St in 1983 when the Kangaroos ripped us a new one, either. Surely you must have been at the 'G' in 2004 when the Demons, led by 7 goals from Cameron Bruce, totally embarrassed us. Mind you I reckon our effort against the lowly Swans in 1995, was one of our most insipid performances in my 38 years of following the Blues.
Who is worse Cain Ackland or Adrian Deluca.
Seriously i thought Adrain was the worst the game has ever seen but jeez he is ****ing terrible. we would have lost by 6 goals not 16 if we had cam cloke. Worst Carlton paler to ever play the game. Drop him to Auskick will get smashed in the twos. Everypne else was bad (except carrots) but cain was the worst by a country mile

ok. sorry about the rant and i'm still pretty crabby at the moment but i've sort of calmed down (sort of). i'm not angry, i'm just dissapointed. we had taken such massive steps forward in the last couple of weeks and tonight was a massive step back in the other direction. money wise the club looks ok, which is one great thing we can take out of today, but tonight was not cool. the lads have two weeks to think about their footy. use it wisely boys.
Well, I'm very happy we won, but I don't think even the most optimistic Hawks supporter thought it would of been by that much. I thought it would be a shootout, but without Buddy figured it'd be a close one.
On the positive side for you guys, thought Wiggins played reasonably, Gibbs and Murphy did some good things.
On the negatives, MUST make your tackles stick and make the player being tackled suffer. (We had the same problem last year though and it seems to have come good this year)
For gods sake man up. Don't have to flood, but at least be within 5 meters of your man.
You guys will bounce back, your youth will cope!

I think we are all (at the least) disappointed at tonight's effort, but it would be good if we could try to keep it in perspective as mediumsizered has suggested.
I was spewing that I had to work tonight and that I was going to miss the game. Now I'm kind of relieved.
