People need to watch the replay and see who it was releasing some quick hands. Rowe with a beautiful hand pass under pressure to set up Himm for that goal from 50 in the last.

At least with Rowe his touches are usually quality and hit targets even when he has a quieter night.

His calmness to pick the ball up after Framptons shocking kick in the last 30 seconds was huge and underrated. He could’ve easily fumbled that and game over

Frampton actually did some decent things. His play is pretty good. He’s not a one on one defenders arse though.

To be fair to Billy, he’s only played half a dozen games in defense in his whole life. It’s going to take some time, but his size, athletisism and that beast of a kick make his upside really high.

and btw, Murray looked very average in the 2’s so Billy will be there for a while.

I still just cant believe what happened last night.. still shocked… shit like that barely ever goes our way especially in showdowns..

The most delicious thing about it was it was Dawson that torched them!!!..

After the whole “this is just cruel” shit from Karen cornes when the rumours were that dawson was going to choose port, to port supporters then saying they didnt want him anyway when he announced the crows as his choice..

They wanted him so bad its not funny.. and you can clearly see why.. he plays for them last night and they win in a canter.

Then to have him come out and dominate like that and then kick the winning goal after the siren, win the showdown medal and even the final kick itself teasing the fck out of them…

And its completely destroyed their season. Hard to see them coming back from owen 3.. especially given their next fortnight. They will almost definitely be owen 5..

What was with the 10 minute delay for the Showdown medal presentation?

Did some people change their votes after that last kick?

Bickley (who was a judge) on AA said it was because the phone network in the stadium was jammed through all of the excitement (people calling their mates etc).

The judges obviously txt their votes in and Bicks was saying it took him multiple attempts to do so.
