I'll be looking for a good spot on the grassy knoll. This is giving me vibes of a JFK assassination doco graphic

How do you think we were planning to stop De Goey
He's called Josh Dunkley. How do you think we were planning to stop De Goey
He's called Josh Dunkley.
Not to mention they'd have sussed out the "put the whistle away" attitude the umpires are running with, so scrag, hold, thump, headlock, pull, who cares. This is going to be a very physical GF . They'll hit us with everything because there's a bit of a narrative around that we have a soft underbelly and they're still smarting from us knocking them off twice this year. Expecting our M/F to be really physically tested and Daniher and Hipwood in particular in the forward line.
Is Frampton any good, can not recall ever seeing him play?Strong mail going around inside the walls of the Collingwood Club is that they are considering bringing in Frampton as a key back and then playing Howe as Dans replacement up forward.
Either or - just need to engage early to avoid him jumping on people's heads. He's not much on a lead, which is where Lester or Gardiner struggle the most.Who plays on Howe if he goes forward, Lester/Gardiner.... Payne?
7 days is a stretch accuracy-wise.Just had a look at the Melbourne weather forecast and it's saying fine all the way through to next Sunday, for the Melbourneites on here, how accurate is the longer term forecasts for Melbourne usually... as ordinary as they are sometimes up here in Brisbane?
I think Howe has played a bit up forward this year with Billy down back but not ideal for sureHuge change to the structure for the pies before a grand final to swing Howe forward as the main target after he played really well in defence.
It’s Collingwood, and they play organised, system based footy, so they’ll make it work, but definitely shows how important Mcstay is.
It doesn't start far enough down the Yarra.I have been to Melbourne before but can not remember the geography around the Parade route, for the Melbourne based Lions what would be the best place to get a good view of the players?
Never said drop him but has Dev hit his ceiling? So would you drop him for Lyons for the GF Doc?
Dev is a superb underrated role player for our side.
However when our squad is fully fit Dev more than likely goes out for Will Ashcroft as Will is very good defensively as well as what he offers offensively.
Gunston IS NOT going to be part of the team, no greater mistake could be made by a coach ever. Fletcher is phenomenal, Devs pressure is immense and Ah Chee can shift a game. Lyons as the sub makes sense and there's probably another 5 I'd have in front of Gunston, an injured Rich includedSo Gunston reportedly was available for selection for the prelim. Do the Lions bring in some experience up forward for the big dance?
Looking at who could make way there isnt many. A very tough selection.
Fletcher, Lyons, Dev or Ah chee are the only likely options based on positional needs.
Fletcher a first year player with how many games? Could be the unlucky one.
Ah chee looked very sore but played out the match.
