Not necessarily,,,the club is an employer. Yeah its a cut throat business but don't wan't to appear ruthless where others are looking over their shoulder and/or give cause for potential employees to hesitate in joining. Also depends on circumstances....doing so could give rise to potential unlawful dismissal cases. Seen it at several places ive worked, thanks for your service see you later, frog marched out the door, a courier will deliver your personal belongings to your place of residence......no goodbyes, no real explanation, final payment made, no further communication. If they did push them out surely the club would allude to that instead of the club looking like a basket case!
Brady certainly didn’t allude to it when interviewed this evening. The complete opposite actually.
Not hard to come out and say we felt the need to make a change if they were in fact pushed. Instead we just look like we’ve got no f$&king idea. That’s why I don’t believe they were pushed. The club would ensure all knew it was our decision. Why the hell would we protect the outgoing recruiters reputation over our own if they were pushed out!
Well let’s prove em wrong by winning a game or twoThat’s right it won’t be about Luff and Finnigan per se but it will be about North being in crisis. They couldn’t care less about those individuals but it’s about the perception of the club being a rabble.
Ok, I have goss. Rawlings is going to walk within weeks and their problem is Armarfio.
I'm not necessarily saying that this is a bad thing, but some people who really love North Melbourne can't work with him.
Bro, who will call the players names out! You can't just let anyone do that, what if they pronounce it wrong!I love the media narrative around ‘terrible timing for the club’. Yeah, 1 week before the mid season draft so all the work has been done there and 6 months out from the National draft. Sounds like the best possible timing if you ask me.
He's a CEO. Rattling the established order/cracking under the pressure of failure. Sometimes this is a good thing in an organisation, sometimes it's more about the ego of the individual.Curious, what’s the issue?
Is there actually a media report though Devington about Dalrymple? I assumed that was just an alt account posting rubbish.
Oh dear.I wish someone else had heard that SEN report on Dalrymple other than that one dogs supporter….
Thats an excellent point......forget auctioning off the indigenous round jerseys,,,,,I'd pay good money to read out the draftees, shake their hand, present em with a jersey and welcome them to big footy.Bro, who will call the players names out! Dalrymple is going to take over your recruitment
Sounds like Cricket Australia all over againOk, I have goss. Rawlings is going to walk within weeks and their problem is Armarfio.

Club will never come out and say yes we are just getting rid of the soft campaigners. Guess we just need to have faith
I don't know why you would say that about Luff, he loves the club. Absolutely loves our entire culture and mission. Really genuine bloke as well.Never trusted Luff so good riddance and Amarfio is just too smooth for me, so travelli might be onto something..
There is a fair amount of smugness in this thread.
3 people who were driving our rebuild have said they can't work for the club anymore, pointing the finger at management. It's a massive problem.
interesting so it’s amarfio they have an issue with not rawlingsHe's a CEO. Rattling the established order/cracking under the pressure of failure. Sometimes this is a good thing in an organisation, sometimes it's more about the ego of the individual.
I don't want to say much else because I know Luff's family, but this is the legit reason why these guys have left.
It does happen a lot in all industries, particularly when it is important that you are seen to leave, not be pushed.I don't know why you would say that about Luff, he loves the club. Absolutely loves our entire culture and mission. Really genuine bloke as well.
That doesn't mean he was brilliant at his job, but it is a worry when several guys simultaneously say they can't work for the management.

No current season stats available
I think in 3 years time Luff will be considered a genius. I'm noting all you impatient b@stards names.

Absolutely could be true. What if Amarfio is right? Maybe he's zeroed in on them all not being up to it?
Yeah sorry mate that sounded a bit insincere, it’s not his personality I can’t trust it’s his recruiting background and his ability to recruit based on numbers. Apologies.I don't know why you would say that about Luff, he loves the club. Absolutely loves our entire culture and mission. Really genuine bloke as well.
