Have to make this win count next week against Gold Coast. With West coast the week after it we can be 8 wins, 5 losses at the bye.

Probably need 13 wins to play finals. With 23 games to be played we only need to win 5 of the last ten if in that position.

If we win the next 2 we'd be pretty confident of finals.

I just want to read from a few of the haters and Clam that Benny Keay played ok.
Geez, I know you are always desperate to hear from me but this is getting a little obsessive dont ya think..

His first quarter was a little ordinary.

but he was brilliant for the rest of the game.

Good
Murray - Turning into a rock down back, daniher was in red hot form coming in and was kept to 2.2
Sholl - Look, hes far from a complete player, but credit where its due he had a good game
Rankine - 23 disposals (16 contested), 2.3 including some Betts-esque magic, brilliant game fitting of Sir Doug Nicholls round
Dawson - Another complete game from the skip
Laird - Beast in the contest
Sloane - That last quarter was vintage Sloaney. Tough, relentless pressure and leadership from the ex skip
Tex - Bit of a freshen up and hes back to business, missed him last week
Rachele - Classy goal,
Pedlar - The glimpses of beast mode are scintillating. I reckon we'll see a 25+ disposal and multiple goal game before the seasons out
Butts - I thought he moved far more freely than earlier in the season, solid game from Buttsy
Worrell - Great return game, no doubt he is best 22
Milera - Some vintage footwork and disposal, great game in the absense of Smith

Bad:
Some momentum killing moments from some repeat offenders.

Ugly:
Zorko is a shit campaigner
Umpiring as per usual, nowhere near as bad as last nights game though

Another win against a fellow contender. Showed great defensive form to weather Brisbanes repeated I50s and counter it with some brilliant goals from Rankine and Rachele. Love the direction we are heading in.

Brisbane had more scoring shots but we made the most of it.
Was like a trademark Crows game in reverse. Especially that third quarter. Dominate dominate dominate then give up 2 cheapies and lose the quarter. Very nice to be on the good end.

And who was numero uno and numero duefor the Crows for metres gained at Adelaide Oval this afternoon/evening.....Josh Worrell and Chayce Jones that's who..

Edit

Daniel Rich went at 735 metres but 10 turnovers..

Great win but lucky they kicked poorly.

We looked so flat early but hung in there.

As for selections, would any poster have suggested moving Jones from wing before the game? No they wouldn’t because it was a silly move when we actually had a small defender as the sub.

Milera was fantastic, glad he's putting it together now. Some people way to harsh on him.
Harsh? Hmmm. Don't think so. Not on him personally, but the circumstances. Paid megabucks for a long contract when he hadn't delivered very much. Spent literally years injured. Could have been a megamistake, but fortunately it seems that it may not be.
Kudos to those involved if that's the case.

490 metres gained, 4 intercepts, 6 score involvements...great coaching.

I was disappointed to see he didn’t start there ahead of Scholl given the conditions and given his form but I may be biased
