Just can’t see it happening.
A) Dow would have to seriously step up to match Kennedy’s in game output.
B) IMO Cerra is a much better midfielder than he is a winger.
C) Means we’ve taken two of our better midfield kickers out of the midfield and replaced them with one of our worst (also assuming you’re suggesting Dow is so good that we go to a 4 primary mid setup instead of 5?)
Owies will feature less than last season (<11 games) as Motlop & Durdin lock away the two small fwd roles (Fisher HHF and Martin Med Fwd). GC/BC?

Jack is hardly a strong marker overhead. He’s much more of flanker than a key the way I see it, while Harry and Charlie (and I’d suggest possibly Martin too) can play better out of the square. Although being closer to goals might help his conversion rate.
GC/BC: we’ll have worked out our preferred ruck & relief ruck combo by the end of the year, whoever it is…
Pitto & TDK or Pitto & Jack or TDK & Young (ply an extra taller type down back to compensate), one of the rucks & Lemmey or whatever the permutation… regardless we’ll have worked it out (and it probably doesn’t involve a 4th tall up forward).

I don't mind it call.
As pointed out Jack isn't a great contested mark, but the point of playing him deeper is that it frees up Harry and Charlie should we find it tricky exiting back 50. Harry takes a kick at HB, kicks it to Charlie cutting through the middle, who sticks it lace out to Jack 30m out dead in front. It takes advantage of Charlie's field kicking, his athleticism, and his range.
I do prefer Harry inside 50, though.

reckon that happened last year. his job this year is to instil discipline. do the roles you are in the team to do. every minute of every game. steely resolve. competitiveness etc. not flaking it
