Frampton's marking was good in the back half. Him and Doedee could be terrors back there with Butts in a lockdown role if they can get that going consistently.

McHenry only had 12 disposals, but 6 score involvements shows you what he did with them. Felt like we allowed him and Murphy to push a bit further up the ground and into the contest a bit more which suited them a bit more.

Himmelberg wasn't that good, but thought he stood up well in a few moments in the final quarter. Would be rough to drop him off of one bad game.

Berry wasn't prolific, but again had some nice moments at important times.

Jones doesn't look big, but has found a way to be really physical in the contests. If he could teach that to Sholl he'd be an even better player.

Thought it was one of his best, had he nailed that goal.

Still leaves doubt about whether or not he's got the grit needed by missing.
We kicked 8.15 for the day. He wasn't the only one who missed a very gettable shot. Hell, Rachele missed a regulation set shot directly in front in the last quarter that I would have bet my house on but thankfully didn't. One of those days in front of goal

Billy Frampton's first 3 Brownlow vote game?

Our list is building nicely that even the Victorian commentators are finally taking notice of Gollant and Cook and these Port Power supporters are still clueless....clearly they don't know the special talents both Gollant and Thilthorpe will be as tall.

Great win by the club and what an effort.
I need to give Sholl an apology. I called him soft and merger last year, he has improved out of sight and he has gone hard for the ball every time. Never took a backwards step and broke a few tackles. Well done Sholl
His form is highly underrated

It’s outstanding

I said it in the other thread, but these type of close away wins where everything is going against you (umpiring, off day in front of goal) are culture defining for a rebuild. 2 weeks in a row now where we have conceded a decent lead, only to respond straight away and eventually win. I can’t remember a Crows team winning games like this before, even when we were dominant. Scrappy wins like today are how finals are played too, couldn’t be prouder of this club!
