Freo traded their future 2nd in the jackson deal, it's the north one.

Also we didn't trade 25 because we have 24 can everyone breathe

For those throwing their kids toys out of the cot and Melting...Cooper Stephens was pick #16 in 2019 and couldn't break into a midfield that over that time has Selwood, Dangerfield, Ablett, Duncan and a host of others. He's highly thought of by Geelong people. So you are melting about losing Mitchell for a first round pick with three years development at a premiership club

It’s just the old known quantity vs unknown.
It is an absolute gamble

Sack anyone involved in this trade period. Absolutely bent the **** over. You ****ing pieces of shit. How do we go from pick 25 for titch to pick 41 50 and a kid who was worth about pick 60. I’m glad we were able to bend over and take it in the arse to allow all the teams around us to get their deals done. Bravo you ****ing spuds

What a disaster. Wow

What is wrong with some of you. We needed to move on from both Mitchell and JOM. We haven’t won a centre clearance in 3 years and both can’t dispose of the ball at all! Clubs weren’t gonna give up anything of substance for them. Cooper Stephens is a fantastic get. Cats loved him. He will start in our midfield. Future second is gold next year. JOM prob has3 years left. Geez

His value is not close to 16, he has been in the AFL for 3 years and barely played a game.

Yeah 16 is probably valuing him too high, but he's been at a team that had played in 2 of the last 3 GFs, how much opportunity would he have had in that environment? Sicily played 3 games in his first 2 season for similar reasons.
