The audio and video was so much better than FP, it really adds to the experience of the new stadium. the really annoying thing was that there was all this black and teal coloured shit all over the screens!

Hopefully it is just a case of keeping it as a surprise and not talking it up to an unachievable level.

Really? Tuning into a radio broadcast is part of the pre-game experience? And one of the worst football radio broadcasters too.

Couldn't really hear them and especially the guests via phone anyway during the Showdown if you wanted to or see them being up in that dark little booth. MMM was easy to hear and far more visual by having them sitting on couches and presenting it more like a panel tv show with guests coming in and out. Always seemed to have a crowd when I walked past.

You know something, I was really sad during the game, the whole spectacle of AO was lost on me, by the debacle in which we played that game.

The team was disgraceful in the manner in which they played, if we are 0-3 on Saturday night, it is going to get ugly for the Club.

I am still hurting from that loss.

If the Club wants a good marketing exercise, how about grabbing the rights to Good Friday football and get a Collingwood here to play.

I know where you are coming from, I honestly went with the expectation they would lose by about 4-5 goals. Which i would have counted as a win given the personnel missing. The slaughter that took place hurt a lot. To the Crows credit they didn't roll over and die. To hit the front in the third midway was awesome, but why wasn't there a plan B when the margin blew out to say down by 18 points or 24 points? Why didn't we play possesion footy when Port took the lead?

I never want to see us ever stop killing any opposition in the future. When the foot is on their throat, kill them.

am i the only one that feels let down that we have already played there, yet this week is supposed to be our first home game. Wish we played interstate last week and this was genuinely our first match at AO.

Must admit this week is an anti climax so to speak, last week the build up, excitement and then the game was exciting. This week I am looking forward to it but hasn't the same hype - by a long shot.

i went to AO during lunchtime today and this female singer was rehearsing the crows "pride of South Australia ' song in an 'anthem style"....then all the electronic billboards will be lit up in crows colours...looked good but the way she was singing is not going to pump the crowd up...
i say start a few minutes before they game they should play the song "can you feel it" - by the Jackson 5
