To be honest, i dont much have confidence in what any department of the British Government says.
India is a funny place to play cricket isn't it?
Against Australian India were all over us when they batted first.
Now England bat first and India are in disarry.
On a sidenote Linda may make an appearance tonight seeing England have had a great day.
Still if India can get within 50 runs of England they will fancy there chances of knocking England over a wicket that is starting to take some spin.
Yuvraj Singh really has to stand up now and make a decent score because in all honestly, Englands bowling has looked quite tame.
Can see Harby and Dhoni putting on a few hundred.
How is Harmison in this current England side? His bowling his atrocious. What the hell is with the constant wides.
Can see Harby and Dhoni putting on a few hundred.
Where's the optimism? Have faith in your team
Not sure I like the idea of the pitch flattening out too much...
Linda why is your posting so sporadic?
Id really enjoy a few more english supporters on here to discuss the game and fill me in on the England setup.
Grimwood, Mr P@h are alright but we need more.
I always turn up to read the biased rubbish you post I just dont always post on the cricket site .I love the fact you are making excuses about Aus by the way
England will still lose the test sadly .Im pretty sure India will just about gain parity and then spin us out .The reverse swing that India got was tremedous.
By the way isntit funny how you are the only person claiming Englands bowling was tame .Anyone with a slight knowledge of cricket would be able to look at Flintoffs performance and see the difference between a real tame performance like the one Aus produced and a very good bowling performance
I repeat I still think India will win
On a side note, Simon Jones?
Where is his progress and future career aspirations. Any chance of a return next year?
Flip a coin.
He's definitely not lost his spark - I'd say he bowled as quickly as he's ever bowled at times last season, but it's doubtful as to whether he can stand up to the grind of test cricket.
Looking at the wider picture, I'd say England still look a bit lost when it comes to building a team for the future, although it has been a pleasant surprise to seem them playing solidly and free of the psychosis that infects them all too regularly. They could do with the pitch misbehaving a bit more though. I don't fancy watching Sehwag leathering Jimmy to all parts tomorrow morning...
