Is anyone thinking about flying in for a possible GF from overseas?

Well I have committed. Just booked return flights from Norway to Perth for the weekend. Amazing friends had a ticket to the G for me but sadly had to turn it down as if I go to Freo I can see the family as well.

Sitting in IAH (Houston). The long journey has commenced. Got high fives from check-in chicks when I explained the situation.

It's kind of a weird feeling. Been flat out with work conference this week, haven't had time to think about it. Hard to believe this is real life.

My daughter arrives tonight flying from London - Singapore - Melbourne,
Hubby, Friday morning flying London -Dubai - Melb
We (other daughter and myself) don't get in till Friday night to celebrate daughter 2 birthday. Then we have 24 hours of purple togetherness and hopefully much celebrating before we all start our respective onward journeys!

I have a feeling we may have been on the same flight but not so sure. I am sure you would have recognised Gil when we were waiting near the gate. I think I counted about 4 Freo fans on the LAX flight alone.

I got a flight from SFO to LAX then a lady got ill and had heart problems and we redirected to Honolulu. Epic journey.

Melbourne Airpport has been painted purple very early. Dockers fans everywhere.
