He has limitations, but his workrate is elite.
We do need to more skilled players in the side, but we need to move on small forwards like Rowe, Murphy & McHenry.
There is a place for Keays as a midfielder/forward.
Needs to work on his skill. He has elite running capacity but his disposal by foot when sprinting is horrendous amateur level stuff. Skills can be fixed. I'd be worried if he couldn't get his hands on the ball.

If you think keays is good you obviously don't have a brain.
Skills can always be fixed. Its putting the time in that counts. I was a shockingly crap footballer growing up but I had awesome kicking skills and could hit any leading target both by hand and foot. Why? because i would kick the ball for hours nearly every day. He just needs to work it. He has 6 months to work on it. He should be permanently attached to a footy this off season and told to spend his days kicking the life out of the thing.

His awareness in traffic is one of the best going around. His running ability is also one of the best going around. His ability to get the ball is one of the best going around. His skills....alright...not so much and one could even say beyond crap. But...skills can be fixed if the crows go about trying to fix it.
