The problem with suggesting players in any trade to Norf is the Clarko situation.I know this is very much a PlayStation trade proposal but just for fun what do you think of this if JHF agrees to go to the highest bidder and Bowes NM

if a bid comes in the 1st round how do you profess getting it done without eating into next years draft picks. Frampton's not going to get us anything of value.
He's all yours dude. Have fun selling the farm. Two 1st's and a player like butters.Reading this board, you'd think JHF is a Crows player requesting a trade
Huh? Pretty sure if we have pick 5 he'll be there. So Phillipou just slide 5 places and Port don't have a 1st.
That would be the biggest trade haul in AFL history, doubt it and especially doubt Port would trade a player better than JHF for JHF (and attach a pick on top of it). He's all yours dude. Have fun selling the farm. Two 1st's and a player like butters.
They won't just accept pick 8 and a future first that could be worse than pick 8.
He's a pick 1 and contracted. I certainly wouldn't just accept your two mid firsts. That would be the biggest trade haul in AFL history, doubt it and especially doubt Port would trade a player better than JHF for JHF (and attach a pick on top of it).
JHF to Crows is a pipe dream. I see people bringing it up all the time but it's really not going to happen.
You have about as much chance of getting a contracted Horne to Powaa without North receiving a quality player or at least 3 1st rounders as well. A player nominating a club is the easy part. Enjoy satisfying a basketcase club losing a contracted pick 1 player. LolIf that helps you cope mate. You couldn't get Butters to North at gunpoint.

Two mid firsts and drew/bonner? Deeelusional.I am sure we will make the largest offer ever to a guy that still hasn't proven he's a gun yet. Butters is showing the same projections as JHF. Why would we give up 2 firsts to trade players of equal quality. Bergman is probably the best player that 'might' agree to go there. There's no reason why we wouldn't value him at his own draft pick. So pick 8, 8-12, and 14(in value). That's more than anyone has paid in a trade ever. The only way we trade away someone of genuine value after the 2 firsts is if it is something we have in excess that would hold more value to North than us. Drew/Bonner types. 2xfirsts+ a first 22 player is a massive deal and they would be crazy not to accept it. We will have 800kx5 on the table for him next year. I hope North are prepared to pay 800k irrespective of how good a year JHF has next year if they hold him to his contract. That's what it will take to keep him and even that is unlikely to be enough.
Reading this board you’d think you were a crows supporter.Reading this board, you'd think JHF is a Crows player requesting a trade
He actually hasn't said port publicly but hey, if it is you guys have fun selling the farm. 2 first rounders and a quality player like butters.
I wouldn't give them two firsts and a rachelle/soligo/berry. No wayThis board would do that in a heart beat if he was coming to the Crows. Most of this thread would offer better picks and any young gun they want!
I think he was always going to pick the Power when he decided to move back to SA.
Going to be fun to see how the Victorian media handle it. Contracted #1 pick leaving for SA … lol, they’ll burst a vein!
Very good player in the making there, excellent get by Power if it gets done this year.
And hoping Clarkson is back at the helm in 2024, thus holding JHFAccording to The Age
"But Kangaroos sources told The Age they would only entertain a trade in there was an exceptional deal offered and would otherwise be willing to hold on to Horne-Francis, who has one year to run on his contract.
Horne-Francis is seeking a trade to Port Adelaide, which is better-placed than Adelaide to pursue him because the Crows are already committed to Gold Coast’s Izak Rankine, who will cost them at least their 2022 first-round selection"
I agree with this .....and reward that performance of last year with a 4 x $800K Contract ....for just a 2nd year player, has big red flagsI did say after 1 season.
Everything he's done in his first year has been a huge red flag that there appears to be some underlying psychological issues with JHF.
There's definitely a chance that bringing him in his current state on a massive deal could backfire.
The Oracle strikes again.
Enjoy the holidayReading this board, you'd think JHF is a Crows player requesting a trade
Struggled to carry the #1 tag… we know how the pear can eat their own… as I said before I see a lot of Phil Carmen here, plenty of ability but emotionally a big? i don’t see him as the bee’s knee’s as many do, could be destablilisingI agree with this .....and reward that performance of last year with a 4 x $800K Contract ....for just a 2nd year player, has big red flags
It fly's in the face of how most clubs would operate ......and has traits of Tom Boyd rushing thru my head
Just imagine the pressure on the lad, if he doesn't IMMEDIATELY deliver on the massive cost to PORT
The Phil Carmen is a good analogyStruggled to carry the #1 tag… we know how the pear can eat their own… as I said before I see a lot of Phil Carmen here, plenty of ability but emotionally a big? i don’t see him as the bee’s knee’s as many do, could be destablilising
How does it feel to have the freedom to post this on our board? Can you imagine Flog Fairlane letting us go on and posting about Rankine on yours?Or maybe he nominated Port because he, ya know, wants to come to Port. Crazy thought, right?
