Of more concern was a caller that rang in saying he was at Crown at 4am on Saturday morning and spotted a few of our younger players at the bar. The caller was from Currambine, deep in weagles territory though. But if true, we might see a few more suspensions handed out yet.

Pretty standard from AFL players, unless they had a team rule/curfew then I cant see any problems with them letting off some steam after a match at the Cas.

The story about them being out Saturday night was in front cover in the West.They had permission from the club apparently.But he is alleged to have missed a recovery session.Maybe he needed to recover from his night out.

Yeah I believe Farmer was supposed to be off the grog as well.

If Farmer really did miss the training session the club did the right thing in suspending him. Farmer has been given enough chances by the club now.

I don't Farmer said he was off the piss completely, that he was supposed to stop getting smashed and acting like a muppet.

Perhaps his alarm didn't go off, who knows? I drink but I've had days I've been late for work that is unrelated to that. It could be reasonably innocent, we'll know later when the club offers him a contract or not.

Didn't Jeffrey say a few weeks back on tv he has given up with the clubbing/pub scene and his kids have really held him to it? I swear he was joking about them putting on flash lights in the house so it made him feel like being at a club?
