Certainly can. The Supreme Court hears applications for interim injunctions late Friday afternoon/evening - I think there might even be a judge on call during the weekend. Most often it is an application to stop something that a newspaper proposes to publish on Saturday. An interim injunction will usually only apply for a few days, until a more detailed hearing can be arranged.

Why do you ask - what are you planning?!

There is always someone on call who can grant interim injunctions - they also can grant police permission to keep people overnight without formally charging them etc.. A sad necessity within the legal system.
