As pointed out by InDaily's Tom Richardson, Don Pyke, the coach at the time publicly stated mistakes were made at the camp.
Saying "mistakes were made" and apologising for harm caused are not equal.

The definition of 'complete success' seems to be 'technically didn't break any laws'.

Ken Hinkley wasn't charged with any crimes on the night of last year's preliminary final, therefore his coaching was a complete success.

Complete success as in there's been no grounds discovered we can be sued on.

I wonder if Suspicious Minds will use that in their promo material from now on - "We're 100% SafeWork SA Compliant!" With their new logo:

Apologies we're to collective minds, so now blame squarely with the Adelaide Football Club!??

Excellent point.

Here is the Nine Apology:

“The publications made a number of statements about Amon Woulfe, Derek Leddie and Collective Mind. Nine acknowledges that Workplace SA made no findings of wrongdoing against Collective Mind.

“Nine acknowledges that the camp was run in good faith and with the players’ interests front of mind. If the publications were taken to suggest otherwise, Nine withdraws that suggestion.

“Nine apologises and expresses regret if the publications caused hurt and offence to Mr Woulfe, Mr Leddie and Collective Mind. Nine has withdrawn these publications.”

How anyone can interpret that limp apology as the Crows camp being an 'outstanding success' does my head in.

But hey, let's hope the mob at the West Lakes building site have many such 'outstanding success' achievements over the coming years.

So far at least, non disclosure agreements - complete success!
Washup:
CM not deliberately threatening player welfare - cos we said it wasnt "knowingly" done with that intent in mind.
Maybe manifestly negligent - which is not contrary to limited terms of reference against the Act for this investigation.
Maybe manifestly incompetent - ditto as above.
Players culturally fried, and left the club as a consequence, along with coaches and officials.
Solved the club's problems :p - but they still went ten steps backwards after this as a result!
Reasons not disclosed for any findings made.
Collective Minds given a subsequent free pass mark of approval.
Camries not investigated, ergo no adverse findings against them.

Conclusions:
Complete success :tearsofjoy:
Crows done so much good :cool:
Fake Vic news.

Seems legit..........

The Camry Crows sacked him for his role in The Camp™ but now he has been completely vindicated, ergo the Camry Crows made a huge mistake. How this can continue to be spun as a win for the Camry Crows is beyond my comprehension.

They honestly think that because Collective Mind won a court injunction (there’s a theme here) that it has absolved all and sundry from the happenings of the camp. If anything, the Crows culpability has shot through the roof, and once some NDA’s expire I’d expect workplace claims to start rolling through from what I’ve heard.

Sure the camp was bad but now that we know they didn't do it on purpose...

Incompetent, offensive, vilifying, etc.etc. = fine

So long as it wasn't deliberately malicious.

They will turn that around and say “we achieved more things than those planned”

Those mindset magicians weren't just engaged for the camp - they'd been with the team during the finals, if not the whole season, and it was probably them (and maybe Ted) that came up with The Stance. "But that worked a treat in the first two finals!" I hear them say - yes, at Adelaide Oval, with 50,000 baying customers giving them Dutch courage - Richmond literally laughed it off in the big one.

Weren't original reports that The Stance™ was the brainchild of Ted discredited by Collective Minds?
