The whole password changing thing happened to me and I got timed out... was a nightmareI feel violated by the ticketmaster experience. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the queue then someone else in the office logged on and got in virtually straight away.
Once I was in it was 5th tier only and down in the pockets. I tried several more times and then got some on the wing top tier but row 4. Tried to purchase them only to realise that ticketmaster wanted me to log in and I could not remember my password. They sent me a temporary password but made me change it before I could proceed by which time those seats were gone. I am now top tier row 22.
I hope the game is not as stressful.

This makes me so angry...
And I'm pretty sure it is now illegal to resell tickets over the net for more than cost value.
Last year the Eagles said that if they found out about any scaplers, they would track down the bar codes used to buy those tickets and maybe rescind the memberships...

I think Victoria recently passed a scalping law for certain events/venues, but it's not illegal in Perth.
Oh and I did text the guy on Gumtree and asked him why he couldn't go. He said a death in the family

I sold 2 tickets to the Essendon game at face value (what my membership cost) on Viagogo. No markup. Sure enough the Eagles found out after the fact and threatened to cancel my memberships if i do it again.

FWIW I can understand people needing to resell tickets because of unforeseen circumstances. It is just the scalpers who are just out to make a profit and pry on desperate supporters that make my blood boil.

I actually logged on at 8:30 and reset my password with the temp one they emailed me. The issue was when my tickets were confirmed and they prompted me for my email address/password they wouldn't allow the temp one and I had to go back in and change it.
Concession , but in the so called restricted viewing area they were $35 for adultsThat's cheap. You get tickets to a watching party of the game or something

Ok looking at the stadium seating blocks there are 26 seats in a row. I dare say the numbers are 1-26. 27 - 52 on the other side of the aisle

They do make me laugh - tell you to use ticket resale. Give you credit for 50% (or less!) of the ticket value, on sell for full value and make 50% profit. You cut them out and sell for what you paid and they threaten your membership
Guess season tickets would have been easy to trace - surely they have buckleys of matching any finals tickets as all are randomly allocated?
You'd think all the AFL could do was cancel the ticket if they knew the exact details of the seats...

I assume they'll be running functions to gouge a bit more from the fans.
Your membership now accounts for FA as they are AFL events. I suspect they are having functions / corporate events in there. Unfortunate, as I used to enjoy loading up with 6.2% beers before, during and after the game.
