You don't hear a word out of him when the opposition are in posession, but look out if the Magpies kick a goal/take a mark/spoil/lay a tackle etc.

He is impossible to shut up when Collingwood are controlling the game, but seems to take a toilet break when they are getting done.

There are a few for Ten that are biased, I really don't like a few on their commentary team, I hate when they start that..which is why I believe commentators should not commentate a game with a team they are fond of playing.

Just my personal opinion that it may stop biased commentary.

Robert Walls isn't just biased he also expresses his dislike for the teams he doesn't like all the time. Such as the eagles for example in todays age walls's artical titled Eagles Deserve Belting and going on quoting ' I want to see the Swans smash West Coast. I want good to triumph over evil.'

I can't believe it has taken 6 years for there to be a thread on how bad Michael Christian is as a commentator. If your gonna have Christian call games they may as well hold a comp and draw viewers from a barrel and let them call. My understanding is Christian's dad owns and runs channel 10 as there could be no other reason he has lasted 6 years in the box.
