If it isn’t one of the obvious ones (Howes, McLachlan, Blight), would love George Grey on the list. Never plays a bad game, versatile, does the hard stuff.
Probably doesn’t hit a need as much as some of the other names available but he is one of the best chances at becoming an AFL contributor imo.
Actually thought about him as a developing option a few weeks back, I didn’t mind his aggression at Port.Might need to look for a ruckman too, maybe Teakle

Why look for a ruck? We would have to suffer 3 ruck injuries at the same time, or am i missing something?

Perfect! We need someone doing dummy leads to help clear space for the long bomb to H and C.Not sure about Will being a good fit for us. He seems to be kicking most of his goals from making a lead/free kicks. With our entries he will find it difficult, especially at AFL level imo.
where was this K?According to Agresta, we're taking one at msd and best available.
Said it's mostly front of square players. Also said we're trying to get ahead of the draft.
Austin said he's working through contracts for Weitering, Saad, cerra and TDK.
The "stick to process" mantra dominates!why we wouldn’t use the chance to observe someone.
From the horses mouth. Whether they do what they said is another matter. It was all part of a 15 min talk they gave after the players left the function. They took a few questions afterwards. Austin did "lips sealed" gesture when asked about Hayward. Did say he's for big contracts in front of him from Adelaide.Very surprised if this happens, we have a chance to sign someone for 6 months, have a look and re asses, it makes no sense to me why we wouldn’t use the chance to observe someone.
Id say effective smalls forwards are more important for us atm.Surely our biggest need, in light of no JSOS and Martin always iffy, is a 3rd/4th tall?

Really looking forward to picking up a midfield gun from the state leagues and plonking them in the forward pocket.
And then, the young Stanley Waistcoat took centre stage.
The 19-year-old prodigy put on a master class in contested marking, seemingly defying gravity as he soared to pluck the ball from the sky time and time again.
Waistcoat was instrumental in setting up his own goals and those of his teammates, marking the impossible and landing four major goals himself in a blistering quarter.
“Waistcoat showed what he is capable of today,” said Sherwood coach Brett McEvoy.
“He is only 19. Today was a performance we knew would come from him eventually. He has been building as a player this season and is always very exciting to watch.”
The Tigers refused to go down without a fight, bringing the heat in the final term.

While Waistcoat’s aerial prowess was a highlight, the Magpies’ victory was a true team effort
Remember the name: Stanley Waistcoat
