Bird's been really poor. And Simpkin has really disappointed for mine. He seems to get to the right spots and everything, but he misses targets far too often.

He hasn't put much on the scoreboard, he's been absolutely dominant around the ground.
Being tried in a different role tonight, and has flourished.

He's playing up the ground a bit, we're not getting a lot of time in our forward fifty. When we do we have Jamar, McKernan and Grimley already down there as talls. Restricted rotations means he has to move up the ground in order to rest our rucks, and he's doing it quite well so far.
