Interesting again to see what the outcome is. Reading the report on Heraldsun website is says the head honchos at League Headquarters didnt return calls..Quite surprising isnt it. There is a fairly damning allegation that has been detailed. Lets see what pans out this time.
Where on the website is it i cant find it

Witness this, nothing but a broken nose from a tackle and the blood on the player was from the tackle. If there was footage available, it would show the North trainer actually bringing out a towel out for him, before Brent proceeding to wipe his opponents right shoulder clean of the blood before his own nose. Some people have an imagination for wanting a story and stretching the truth.

What is it with supporters wanting to see the leagues best players come under consistent scrutiny for being competitive within the rules?

Good contest in the end, even popped round to watch a quarter of Mont and Heidelberg, polar opposite conditions in which that game was being played in. The standards of division 1 grounds needs reviewing before someone does themselves a serious injury.

Top 3 are lengths in front of the rest with West closing quickly. 5th is anyone’s taking, but could be making making up the numbers.

That was the first incident , other one was later on in third quarter which is the one under investigation . And he actually wiped his nose first in the one you viewed and then wiped the greensborough players arm which put blood on his arm , then the North traner came out and wiped the arm clean for the greensborough player.

Couldn't see the whole article due to paywall, but incident has been looked at and Boomer cleared. Not sure if it is the incident people are referring to.
Thanks for clearing it up. Seems asthough it must have been an insignificant accusation as the Northcote play got 8 weeks only last week for same alleged incident.

Wrestling with Smith, knowing full well his mouth/nose was covered with blood and repeatedly said “fu*k you” emphasising the F when he spoke to get blood on the young fella.

Speak to any player that has played against Boomer since joining the NFL and they will tell you he does a lot of things that aren’t in the rule book. Hence the scrutiny.

Has anyone has spoken to the opposition player and asked him what happened? Appeared to be wiping his face on the video and a couple remonstrated to the umpire immediately.... Smoke. Fire. Have a look at 3rd quarter 6 Mins 15 secs and watch number 45 go straight to umpire and then (I gather Smith) immediately remonstrate with umpire and then wipe his face with his jumper. Something happened in that pack.

Witness this, why would BH approach the player after the game and ask him to look after him at the tribunal??
Leopards and spots. There's a story every week coming out of that camp.

So if this did happen and there was no report made and was leared by the league, would this mean he was guilty and if so why wouldnt the league take action? I think I know the answer as we have prviously seen in regards to suspensions and game day roles only a month ago. Anyway been clearred so time to move on. I'm sure the Doggies will be thanking the Slime for their help in not taking it further. Well done.

What camp we talking about champ.
The Harvey Camp. Never a dull moment in the crowd with his old man either. I'm sure the club would be embarrassed by his behaviour. I would hate to see his behaviour start a brawl between supporters.

Two sets of rules pretty simple.

Some interesting news coming out from northcote, nick stevens to coach next year and the current coach to take over as general manager.

Apparently players have told the committee they will leave if the red headed fella stays on and the committee want him removed also. He is on big money and done stuff all this year. He has been told not address the players for the rest of the year

As in former Carlton/Port Nick Stevens? Put that in the filing cabinet labelled "Bad Idea" if this true.

Reckon you might be pulling everyone’s Leg here pistol... but you never know

Stevens was interviewed but not appointed as yet. the committee are keen for him to coach but that would be a death wish for the club.the general manager ( mcniece) is hated by players, committee and supporters. Apparently he wasn’t at the last social function and it was the best one they have had in years. He won’t be missed

"A former AFL footballer is on trial again, accused of lying in court about knowing a woman he exchanged more than 600 text messages with.
Nick Stevens is denying he committed perjury in December 2014 when, having sworn to tell the truth"

Yeah this isn't happening, this was from an article published this morning!

Sounds like the players may need a history lesson. Northcote Park would no longer exist if not for the McNiece family.
