In a majority of professional roles, the fact of a university degree is the absolute minimum requirement for the job, and fresh out of uni you know absolutely nothing about the practical day-to-day requirements of the role.

Someone talking about a uni degree as an indication of intelligence or competency says to me this person is either still in uni, or is fresh out and still thinks they are smarter than everyone else.

i can't see an interstate side going all the way from 7th or 8th but I reckon it's open enough and enough form is being mixed for the winner to come from 5th or 6th.

If Richmond lose this they'll be like North of 2013. Leading in 6 last quarters, lose all of them. North led in 7 and lost all of them, finished 10th with a percentage of about 120% lol.

I’m almost certain that not getting a free kick is a big enough disincentive to stamp it out.

Try that first before you go way out in the opposite direction and start giving the umpire more opportunities to pay controversial free kicks.
