It’s totally relevant. You asked why they didn’t want to keep him. The answer is we have at least 22 better options. If you can get a 10 year ruckman (Conway) in exchange for a player outside the 22 you pull the trigger every time.

So what? I’ve left out Kolo, Higgins, Dahlhaus, Ratugolea, Stephens, Evans, etc.
The fact is Clark wanted out, hadn’t produced and didn’t command a spot in the 22. It was a no-brainer trade.
