I was shocked at some of the names they had out there, and how absolutely horrible most of them look now. Talk about dropping off a cliff.

Many things seem circumstantial. Just have not seen WCE this bad since 2008, when we smashed them in WA. Woosha was bemused at his presser, and only wanted to speak about us, saying we were the best team he'd ever seen.

They don't care having covid set them back, and have just give up now looking for 1st pick

I can honestly say ..it doesnt make me sad at all. Im all for players having a say on where they play ...but he cooked his Eagle Pie..and now he can eat it. Not how he imagined it but thats part of choice.. Two year of Covid and now West Coast look like milk left on the bench for a week. Curdled and pongy.

He looked quite disheartened after kicking a late goal last night. Could have stayed at Geelong, could have gone to Freo……Currently playing in a team that will be looking to rebuild and will probably trade him…..

Presumably, he would only agree to go to Freo; plus, WCE will not stay where they are. Their rebuilds are usually very good with great knowledge of the best local WA talent, although Taylor, Duncan and Kelly somehow did get to Geelong.

There’s only one team to fear. Almost all other games are winable and lose-able. Makes for quite an interesting season really.

As i said in the other thread reckon melb win the flag unless they choke GF (they are montys to get to GF)but the race for the other GF spot is wide open none of freo syd bris us carlton st kilda etc are really that good.
