I’m really not sold on JLo.. has some things he just never changes and needs a major break to switch things up.
Our defensive structure at kick ins is horrible. Never hold the ball inside 50, our kick ins are always long to Jackson or Darcy who don’t mark the ball.. just same crap week to week.
If we miss finals next year he’s gone.

We need players with finishing class so bad. Johnson Sharp etc are woeful kicks

Firstly, at least the saints won and that saved us from reading hundreds of posts about how the boys only lost because it was a dead rubber and we had nothing to play for. Nowhere to hide.
Secondly, well done Port. That's the most impressive team performance I saw this year and they will be worthy grand finalists. I hope they make it, respect.

Can't agree on Port. I was more impressed with Geelong a few weeks back. I think they had us just slightly covered and missed a few chances, whereas at the ground it felt like we had Port just covered, but butchered easy shots and they also relied on some free kicks to boost their goal tally. I will be tipping the Cats to beat Port in Adelaide, and won't be surprised if Port are out in straight sets.

Yeah i agree our season ended when we lost to essendon by a point. Well it didnt end our season but it knocked the wind out of our sails.

Then the narrow losses just piled up. That 2 goal loss to the cats just hurt.

I didnt expect freo to beat GWS but the way we lost, that delayed 50 metre penalty. That just stung.

Their is lack of Pride or passion in that Purple shirt. The fans today really wanted that win today, they tried to get the freo players to improve on Will power and motivation alone.

50,000 dockers fans rocked up today hoping for a win, they left the ground empty and heart broken.

First off a big thank you to RTB for getting his team up for the win over Carlton. What a moment that was prior to our game. The roar that went up around the ground was deafening. We were pumped and thought the afternoon was going to be one of the best in a long time.

So how did Freo respond to the incredible chance they had just been given? Well it became pretty obvious early in the first quarter that many of our most reliable players were off. Other than Young and Brayshaw, you’d be forgiven for thinking that the game was a meaningless one for the rest of our players.

What a dismal game to watch and what a waste of a season. So disheartening.
