7 GWS
8 Port
9 WC
10 Melbourne

12 Collingwood
13 St. Kilda

Tough run. You love to see it.

Edit: they also play Eagles and Melbourne twice and obviously Port, with the Bulldogs and Brisbane to come later.

Well it’s about time it’s easy to “dream of finals” scraping wins over complete disasters like Norf and GC but sadly you can’t play the bottom 4 every week for the Camrys

The crows will get up today you'd think. But they were in a massive dog fight with the wooden spooner elect right up to 3 quarter time and pretty much only won because they outlasted them when North stopped running. The arse is about to fall out of their season but not quite this week.

It's easy to admire the Giants. For all of the criticism of wasted talent (which IMO is unfair given the volume of players they've lost, their horrendous injury run over many years and the fix job against them in the 2016 prelim when they looked on track to win the flag), they have in a very short time established a genuine football culture with a hard nosed winning mentality. A lot of credit to Kevin Sheedy for what he did to set them up at the start and also to Phil Davis and Callan Ward who were inspired choices of young leaders from the get go and continue to be still.
This. Going from inception into the AFL competition in 2012 to a Prelim Final four years later is pretty good. Three years after that and they were in a Grand Final, just happened to unfortunately be against the team that have won 3 of the last 4 premiership. They continue to draft and develop well despite all their injuries and player losses - light years ahead of anything the SUNS have ever done.

Freo should trouble them just looking at the teams.. however yes Freo absolutely suck at AO.

It's probably due to the Foxtel arrangements, but Ch7 Perth have the Dockers on the 3 hour delay for the second time this season. They won't get many viewers if the game goes as expected, but they've probably decided that the fishing and homes and gardening programs are a better bet anyway.

Just because the suns are an absolute binfire doesn't mean GWS need a pat on the back. They've had every leg up imaginable and squandered it. Player losses are their own fault too. Now a round 5 win over Sydney changes all that? Please. This board sometimes, its like you guys want to praise every underperformer that isn't us.

Yeah, this tends to get a little bit overlooked next to the fix job that occurred the following week. That Footscray premiership is at least as asterisk worthy as any of the flags during world wars.

lol imagine having the national sport on a 3 hour delay for corporate reasons.

Still, conflicting since I ****ing hate FTA, but pay tv is doing it's best to make me hate that too.

Just watched the ending of the GWS game, good shit.

Toby Green gets the penultimate goal with his team 10 points down and three minutes to go. Marks 25 out and sprints back to take the kick, plays on and kicks it across his body before anyone knows what’s going on.

And he did this after having kicked 0.7 up to that point. Alpha as ****.

They controlled that last ten minutes pretty well considering the chaos ball game that Sydney were playing. It was great to see them stick with their plan and pull it off.
