There's to much of a gap between the Crows best+worse.Sometimes this can be in 1 quuater. There still a way of top 8 contenders.I would trade off early draft picks for a ruckman+established midfielder
I would trade all their better players (like... um... 31yo Tex?) for bad players

Uh oh the actual Big Texan vs the faux Big Texan. This one could be decided in the courts, home ground advantage Adelaide.

Come to think of it, where will they play that game? St Nic won't be granting exemptions for Covidwood players.

a team who can't fill up 1/5th of their ground vs a team who trains on 1/5th of a ground. speaking of which i wonder if footy park still looks a desolate wasteland??

I went past footy park the other day. I couldn't decide what was worse.

The industrial wasteland or the communist style cement block housing.

How are Hawthorn claiming credit for Melbourne? Simon Goodwin went to Essendon to coach, then shifted to the Dees.
They'd be stretching for Leon Cameron at GWS as well, since he left after 2012, and wasn't there for 2008.
Im just reading it as Hawthorn being better than them all at one point, but now theyve all gone past Hawthorn except carlton who continues to wallow in mediocrity.

As much as I despise Eddie and Collingwood at the moment, still have to barrack for them against the Crows.

I have found myself barracking for the Crows quite a lot this year.

Watching Collingwood lose is great and seeing the Crows delay the rebuild they need on the back of the likes of Walker, Sloane, Seedsman, Keays et al is perfect.
