Dimma deserves to be coach of the year.. the pressure he got here in Melbourne during preseason was like nothing else and they'll most likely be top 4. Fair effort, most people had them bottom 4. Cant see them choking again this year.

perhaps.. can't see it hurting Ryder,Gray or Dixons though.. theres a handul of players like SPP, Houston, Gray potentially playing injured that could do with more than a week off. Seen it work for other sides in the past.

Richmond are 98 up after 15 minutes in the last quarter having kicked 5.0 to 1.1 in the last quarter. Their percentage is currently 6.6 less than ours when it was 12.6 less at the start of the round. As they play St Kilda in the last round I wouldn't expect them to be able to do the same as they are doing now to make up the difference. I doubt if it will matter as I expect them to win and stay a game clear in fourth place and even if they lose Sydney could beat Carlton by enough to push their percentage up.

We only have ourselves to blame for relying on substandard outfits like Freo beating top 4 contenders. We had the chance against West Coast and then Richmond at AO and failed. As the man said if we finish 5th or 6th we will have 'got what we deserved'.

God, Freo must be the worst side in the competition atm. Even Brisbane and Gold Coast made a game of it and Carlton won in this round.
