I hope our club does a please explain to the umpire boss. Last week Gawn and this week Ryder with ridiculois frees against just for being good rucks? They will take away the advantage of having a good ruck ffs.

Looks like we're not the only team that gets rolled by unknowns. Although basically the whole of the Richmond football club had a day out against Freo Jacob Townsend was the one who finally broke through with 6.1. He started with the Giants and was recruited through zoning concessions. He played a gew games for them but never really did much and was traded to Richmond at the end of 2015. He played 4 games in 2016 and this was his first game in 2017.

But the AFL always has answers. Stupid answers but what can you do after they have said their bit? They're like a little kid who says it's on the TV so it must be true. Except with them it's I've said it so it must be true.
Wasn't C McCarthy going to solve all there answers up forward?

Trouble is tet will know if they can or not when they play the Tigers.
Knowing your season is over and there is no chance of making it might deflate them.
Ide pencil the saints in though if they could make it with a win.
Freo are putrid. I would actually rather be a Carlton GC or Bris fan. I reckon they will still get worse before they get any better.
Fyfe must be regretting the re-signing. With that % boost for Richmond, coupled with a Geelong win over GWS tigers can get to third and take on Geelong at the MCG rather than the Crows here....
Looks like we will host Essendon here week 1. Win that and play probably GWS or Richmond (who will likely lose to Crows)....... Better off staying away from Sydney and Adelaide in the finals...

I think Richmond are about the only one the crows can't get now. if they win they will overtake the loser of gws/geelong, and if they lose they will be overtaken by at least one of port/sydney.

We still have the Saints...
They can still make it if all these things happen: they beat Souf (plausible); WWT beat Central (plausible); and Westies beat Gnewg (you wouldn't think so, but the Bays got rolled by the Chooks this week).
If the SNAFL side doesn't make it though, the league boys will have to play with themselves.

It wouldn't be as compelling but based on our win against them we'd be above and the question is would that be fairer and just? It rules out all of the imbalances of the fixture we have.
