Forget about the original draft concessions, in the years since they’ve had a tonne of high draft picks as players left and they got picks in…. I’m not sure who theyve got to show for those picks.

Well they keep leaving. Hard to develop a team when 2-3-4 high end picks walk pre-peaking as a player every year.

Yeah that’s the development, hard to do when they leave and you don’t get the chance to keep them together when they move into their prime , but there should still be the next group behind them from the draft picks they’ve had from those players leaving, and I just can’t see them.
