I have no intro.

- Ben Reid was better today.

- Kennedy and Broomhead showed glimpses of what everyone on here knows that they are capable of.

- We have three midfielders that provide week in week out, if we can build and not have the quality drop off so far from them three we will have a very damaging midfield. We have a base.

- Conceding just 3 goals was impressive from Frost with the amount of quality ball coming to Kennedy(Who is easily there #1 target inside 50). His shut downs on the lead are just unbelievable and has developed his body work very well this year.

I have no conclusion.

The fact that witts has a genuine crack, real competitor. May have been beaten today but he was virtually on his own against nn (who cannot give away a free kick no matter what he does, ie, slap gold sack fair in the face) and cox, old but a quality tap Ruckman. I have high hopes for his future

1) Ben Kennedy confirmed what we already knew; he can play a full game and contribute. In spite of whatever the club view on his fitness may be.

2) Broomhead showed more glimpses of promise. Needs another preseason and a period injury free to consolidate.

3) Thought Armstrong backed up well, showed last week wasnt an aberration. Is growing on me, may be worth a second season.

4) Pendles/Beams/Sidebottom is a strong midfield core if supported.

5) Reid took another forward step towards being at least able to impact a game for 4 quarters. His best is still 2015 away.

6) The blunted feeling from high doses of antidepressants mean I really dont give a shit.

Armstrong looked competent across half back, and delivered the ball pretty well.

Frost competed.

Witts performed admirably alongside Beams, Sidebottom and Pendles.

I also think that Goldsack performed reasonably well. He was tasked with a difficult assignment and didn't do too badly.

Fasolo showed us what he can do across half back, however he mixed it with some very awful decision making.

Frost was great
But Frost cannot kick. A bit of a concern in a game called football.
Yeah, should definitely have Keefe, Armstrong or maybe Pendles kicking most of the uncontested rebound 50's if we have time and space in the backline.

But it is worth the trade off with Frost, some of his shut downs on the Lead today were just amazing and came out of absolutely nowhere, Will add him to the Positives.

Agree. He looked good. Thought about the right plan instead of kicking aimlessly, like some other senior players..... Tried hard. Good effort/ I think there is a little upside.
