Interesting incident in 2nd quarter of Marcellin v OI, 11:25ish on the footage, stray elbow/hip and shoulder from Marcellin player off the ball which left OI player concussed from what I'm told

Very cheap. Should be 4 weeks. Last week NFL gave a guy 12 weeks, and the player he hit got up and played on.

OI player missed the rest of the game and is in doubt for next week.

With a couple of well-timed fives, the leaderboard has changed and anyone can win it (mathematically) although to be fair any one of the top five can take the magnificent prize on offer next week. And Bedford can escape the wooden spoon. All to play for, people!
Same applies to the relegation battle between Hampton Rovers and Old Camberwell. Rovers play against Old Mentonians, while Mazenod host Old Camberwell. HR has to win and hope that the Nodders defeat OC to stay in Premier C for 2020.

Geez I dunno Max. Got all the respect in the world for the decorum you bring to this board and the situation is very unfortunate, but that’s not a malicious hit for mine. He’s not even looking at the OI player.

Two weeks for being an idiot and raising his elbow is fair, but his intention seems to be just to hip and shoulder and he clumsily gets it a bit high

We will see, but, off the ball, high impact, concussed.

Marcellin chap (appears to be the bigger of the two) following the ball (20 metres ahead) eyes on the 50/50 contest - OI guy running the opposite way to the flow of the ball, changes direction and finds himself in the path of the Marcellin guy who is jogging downfield - both players appear to have a lack of awareness of each other. Can't say / tell if the impact was high or if the contact was with the ground. Play on I think.

Appreciate the feedback. Time will tell.

Been on holidays for a while. Resting peacefully but The eye is with Max on this one. The Marcellin player has exercised his option to bump a player way off the ball who was not looking or expecting contact. This will fit the definition of URC. Gone 2/3 weeks. Will VAFA pick this up or does O I instigate is the bigger issue?

MAX??

THROW THE BOOK AT HIM
THE EYE
:(

From what i've been told the club wont be instigating any investigation as the Umpires made a call on the day to lodge an "Incident Report".

If he gets off, good luck.

What is the magnificent prize OTP? And do we play equal winners or does the amount of 5s come into play?

The magnificent prize will be (as per the lower Divisions already awarded) a pic of some cheap plonk and a plaque, which the winner is welcome to print out and stick in the pool room.

Joint winners has not occurred yet, no doubt I will either put two names on the plaque or else come up with something esoteric to break the deadlock and cause controversy.
