Played 3 League games, included 5 goals on debut (4 sandover votes that day)
Whilst from this 14 colts games, only recieved 2 one votes from the umpires.
Not convinced about him, and wouldnt be suprised if he wasnt listed.
Although as said before, has had injuries.. pelvic fracture in mid 2005

No reason why he wouldnt, got plenty of WAFL senior experience this year.
Eagles would have to be a chance to grab him.

Other possibilities from WA's
Matt Virgo (Subi)
Bryce Thornton (PT)
Daniel Macaulay (EP) Colts Premiership Captain / =3rd Jack Clarke Medal
Trevor Oliver (EP) Played State 18's for NT
Sharrod Wellingham (P) Interst from Brisbane
Ben Howlett (PT)
Dom Foster (EF)
Jamie McNamara (EF)
Dane Ugle (PT)

Danny Chartes (PT) 194cm Utility - Interest from Richmond & WCE
Matthew Seal (EP) Training with WB currently
Clint Jones (SF) 2005/2006 SF League B&F

Interest in Wellingham from Essendon. They may take him number 2. Can anyone give a description of how he plays?

Sharrod Wellingham - 7/7/1988 - 184.5cm - 80kg
Outside player who can also get the ball himself, extreme pace and leap(2.90 20m sprint ,67cm standing vertical at WA state screening)
Good over head mark.
Reasonable skills, good on both sides though, can break lines with his run and can also play down back as a running defender.
WAFL colts team of the year on the wing

I think this means the picks will be:

1. Carlton
2. Essendon
3. Port Adelaide
4. Hawthorn
5. Richmond
6. St.Kilda
7. Collingwood
8. St.Kilda
9. St.Kilda

So if there's no more delistings between now and the PSD, is that the order? If so, :D. Richmond get third dibs on one of the leftovers from the draft, and there's still some good players left, Collier, Pysmall, Sheringham.

I hope Richmond picks a rookie, not Kingsley.

what happened to the kangas??

anyway kingsley is a tiger its as clear as day
alot of people dont want him but he is one and its now time to support him

Don't be surprised if Jack Fosdike, cousin of Nick gets picked up by Port Adelaide. He's been training with them and is a quick, hard running player who seems to consistantly have the ball on a string.

We delisted Hutchison on Friday, so we have the first pick.

Who did Carlton delist?

Or

Did they move Kouta to outside the list onto Veterans and reduce their rookies?

Chris Bryan got delisted, couldn't agree to terms on a new contract. I hope these rumours are not true about Carlton picking up Cameron Cloke. I don't understand why every year we have to pick up 1 or 2 recycled hacks.

i dont know why richmond fans are slagging off kingsley. hed be perfect in the richmond gameplan. considering how most late draft picks pan out, if you can get a fast leading forward whose capable of kicking 40 to 50 goals in a year why wouldnt you?

seeing as richmond already have a couple of KP forwards, getting KK in to play as a flanker type/third tall will suit him down to the ground. when you consider that you can throw him into the square if needs be also, i think hes got alot to offer the tigers over the next few years.

i agree with you kingsley can be quite handy
you will find that the majority of tiger supporters bagging kingsley and dont want him are the same ones bagging richo every week

i know i was being sarcastic coz the guy left em out

Ahh, I have troubles picking up forum sarcasm... few too many times thinking people must be joking when they ended up being serious has filled me with doubt. :p

what do you mean not quite the kangas have first live pick
carl comitted to ackland
ess to michael
kangas have 1st pick that day
pretty much cant redraft perry coz he walked
kangas only offered him a 1 year deal and he walked
tiges and sydney have offered a 2 year deal about a month ago
im sure hawks are keen too

Here's one that isnt who you describe. I don't want Kingsley simply because he is a top-up for a side that is close to winning a premiership. Richmond are not. We have kids who should be playing in Kingsley's role, even though they may not score as much as Kingsley just yet.

If we'd just played in a prelim final and lost by a few goals, I'd be after Kingsley hammer and tongs cos he does bring 40 goals to a side. But we aren't. So I don't want him.

The Kangas can still pick Perry if they meet his terms (i.e. have a change of heart and are prepared to offer a 2 year deal, which is presumably unlikely). That's the Thornton scenario all over again.

As for Sydney offering him a 2 year deal: doesn't make a lot of sense to me. You can (and clubs do) draft someone in the ND on pre-agreed terms; if we had an interest in signing him for 2 years, no idea why we wouldn't have taken him with pick 79 ahead of a very speculative Jesse White.
