Anyway Im off to sleep, will watch the second half on replay.

Some thoughts...
Good signs in the team, it honestly feels like we're a decent forward coach away from competing.
Houston been great, BOG so far for me.
Mead showing some decent signs. Doesnt need to be a star just needs to be competent depth and he looks it right now.
Bonner hasnt slowed from the prelim. One mistake but has gone in hard.

We need to pick our defensive match ups better. They are running rampant when AA goes off. Fort and Daniher are good, but they shouldnt be this hard to contain. Really need to see Skinner get a run asap.
Good idea.

Brisbane are a bunch of diving,, flopping flogs!

Drew doing a great defensive midfield job.
Burton destroying Cameron.
Houston and Amon looks like a winning wing combo.

Not only was there a mismatch with Allir gone, it means that we were down a rotation which was when Brisbane got back into it. Another thing about this game is that Bonner, SPP, and Houston looking good. I am so far happy with what I have seen in terms of something to look forward to. The load of winning the ball is shared amongst more players meaning Boak and Wines can play even better.

SPP has some hair tearing skill moments but he puts the frighteners on like no one else.

Excrpt maybe Lachie Conan Jones.

I'm kinda happy. yeah it's another rd 1 scrappy night match in Brisbane. but we just are our own worst enemy with our f50 entry spazmodo ideas, yet again

we are going no where this year. there is simply no focal f50 strategy of player. and Dixon isn't it.

I'm glad i can see this early in the season. my weekend won't be dictated by when we play and how we play.

winning tonight will be a make the finals 8 pointer outcome.

we can do it. but it needs small crumbling forward luck it would appear

which doesn't go all the way in September
