Losing danger is like the crows losing sloane

they base their mid structures around him.

swans - not so much.

You'd think Parker will do the heavy lifting ..perhaps with help from Jones
I'd keep Jones standing off the pack for outside run. Throw Heeney in the clearances. He's a solid unit with very good hands.

Tall forward line is fine because Rohan is in imo. Hayward is young but he was pretty bad last week. Needs to lift especially in the pressure area. When you're a small forward - you must apply pressure in all games even if you don't kick goals.
People are overlooking how bad Buddy was last week against Hawthorn. He has gotten off scott free.
Sorry! He was bad. I love Buddy but it's fair to say he played differently & perhaps cost us the game. The only goal he scored was a charity!

He was pretty ordinary but considering he's carried the team for large parts of the last three seasons I think he gets the luxury of one off week. He'll bounce back quick I think.

Not sure he got away from Horse! Didn't look impressed when questioned about his performance in the presser.

I'm scratching my head with 3 talls Reid, Tippett and Sinclair with Aliir as emergency.
Is the size of the ground that is different eg. longer than SCG?

Yeah okay Ted  ! Let's blame Buddy for our loss .

I have a stupid question: what is Aliir's nickname in the side? The Australian thing of adding a y at the end doesn't work (Aliiry) and his initials sound a mouthful (ay ay) so I wonder what they call him on the field?

My brother calls him chandellier. But he doesn't play afl :$

Chanders for chandellier as you said.

Don't mind that but a guy by the name of K Jack used to go alright in there! Another one who has done a great job in the guts is Papley, I've been very impressed with his midfield adventures.

Be happy with either of those two choices as well. Papley has done some very good work when he's gone to the middle. Maybe rotate Papley and Jack.

Also, he wasn't great, however with the close checking he got from the Hawks double and triple teaming and the placing of loose players around him, it was bloody amazing he put himself in a position to kick at least 3 goals....others would not have got those opportunities with what he was faced with. It was the non conversion that lowered his colours.

I thought his aggression was poorly focused. Too busy niggling. Our forward entries were atrocious though so he wasn't getting good service. I've got a feeling he's up for a big one tomorrow night.
