I'm pretty sure I read yesterday he lives in a locality 200kms north of Fitzroy Crossing.

Either way he's from very north-west Australia.

i think you will find he already has 2 or 3. He started very early haha. i have a funny feeling though that they are girls though.

I know a fair bit about Alroy, I have had alot to do with him. Fast, skilled and a genuine goal kicker he is one of the most natural attacking players I have ever seen. He comes from Yiyili, which is a SMALL place on the highway between Halls Creek and Fitzroy Crossing (tough place). He speaks Kriol and Bunuba. He is a lovely kid with a real desire to learn from others and I imagine he will be soaking it up at Richmond. He is a very unique character indeed. His nickname is Buddha by the way.
He is a totally different kettle of fish from the Krakouer family who are feuding with other families around here and generally have big problems, Alroy doesn't have those. But, its a long way from home, Melbourne, so I hope he can keep the homesickness at bay, as that would be my only concern with him.
I am watching with interest.

Definitely is a unique character from what I hear. Has a real sense of innocence in not knowing, or really caring, who is coaching him, he's just happy to learn.

When I get time I'll find the story somewhere on a tiger forum that explains it perfectly I'll post it. But not for now.

hope they give him a shot, maybe he can be the livewire that they lack all year. hope he got a bit of speed and put his head over the ball, he need to be kept away from tambo, edwards and jon so he dont pick up their bad habits.

Stupid thing to say.
Maybe JON and Tambling can tell him some very useful things off the field such as settling in a different enviroment in Victoria and having a good diet etc.
I'd actually prefer them to help take him under there wing than not talk to him at all or only be adequetes.

still remember when i went to watch the boys training alroy slotted a drop punt from the boundary that was near impossible
